ANALISIS PENDAPATAN DAN KELAYAKAN USAHA PENGGILINGAN PADI MENETAP DI KECAMATAN LAUBALENG, KABUPATEN KARO

This research was conducted in three permanent rice mills located Laubaleng District, Karo Regency, they are Dison Tani mill, Karunia mill and Akung mill. aimed to analyze the revenue feasibility of milling District. The business analyzed by cost income analysis formula. Analytical tools that used were Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Return (IRR), Profitability Index (PI), Payback Period (PP) on Investment (ROI). Result showed average Rp 360.246.698/year profitability 6,13%. NPV value District is 179.141.461, IRR values 19,51%, PI 1,19, PP 3 years month ROI 35,65%. Based results, profitable feasible develop.
